In the event that you have provided your data as a supplier contact or as a self-employed entrepreneur, we inform you that EM&E will use the data exclusively for the maintenance of the contractual relationship and will not pass them on to third parties, unless such a transfer of data is necessary in compliance with the contractual relationship with the data holder or his/her company. The only data transfers will be those related to legal advice, finance or banking institutions for the management of suppliers. The data provided will be kept as long as the contractual relationship is maintained or for the necessary years to comply with legal obligations and as long as they do not oppose their processing. The basis of legitimacy of the data processing is the fulfilment of the contractual relationship.

Data on suppliers

Data corresponding to contact persons through the contact form

Candidate Data

In the case you have submitted your CV to EM&E, we inform you that the data will be processed for the management of your application for any vacancies that may exist within the company. EM&E does not intend to transfer your data.

Your data will be processed and may be used in the future for possible career opportunities, unless you indicate otherwise.

The legitimizing base of the treatment is your consent when you send us your CV and when you complete the present form.

Claims

In the event that you have submitted a claim for any circumstance to EM&E, we inform you that EM&M will use the data exclusively to resolve your claim, and will not pass it on to third parties. The data provided will be kept during the necessary years to comply with legal requirements, as long as the object of your claim has not expired.

Video surveillance and control data

At EM&E there are security cameras installed and duly announced. The data obtained through the cameras is stored for a maximum period of 30 days, after this period of time it will be automatically deleted. EM&E will maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to the processing of the data and will only communicate the data to official bodies and agents of authority upon their request. The purpose of the recordings is the security of the company and access control.

The legitimate basis for the processing is the public interest.

Images of our clients

On occasions, EM&E takes photographs of clients that appear in EM&E’s media, web, app, social networks, etc. This image is used for the promotion of EM&E. In this sense, we inform the holders appearing in the photographs that they have given their consent for the realization of the photograph and for the indicated use, having the right, at any moment, to revoke this consent by sending a communication to info@eme-es.com. The rights are transferred without any territorial or temporal limit and for the purposes and means indicated.

Exercise of common rights to all personal data

The data owner has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not his/her personal data is being processed by ESCRIBANO MECHANICAL AND ENGINEERING LTD. Therefore, he/she has the right to access his/her personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, as well as to oppose the processing of his/her data for any purpose stated herein, such as sending commercial information.

Data reliability and updating

EM&E assumes that the personal data provided through the various channels and media are true, that they are provided directly by the holder, that he is who he says he is, that the data are updated, that the affected/interested party will communicate any change in his/her data from the time it occurs.

Data communication

The data will not be transferred to third parties, unless such transfer of data is necessary to fulfil the contractual relationship with the owner of the data and apart from public bodies for the fulfilment of the company’s legal obligations. In addition, the company may communicate the data to third parties in charge of the processing operations, who for the provision of their services to EM&E must have access to such information. In these cases, EM&E will have the appropriate contract from the data controller that ensures the integrity and confidentiality of the information.

Duty of secrecy

Persons involved in the processing of data relating to natural persons who have access, directly or indirectly, to files shall at all times respect the confidentiality of personal data of which they become aware in the course of the activity. The Duty of Secrecy constitutes an obligation for EM&E, the members of the management and administrative bodies, the persons hired under the Labour Law, the professionals who provide services under the Commercial Law. It is also an obligation for suppliers of goods and services and their employees, data processors and their employees, those the data processor subcontracts, and their employees. The obligation of secrecy continues after the termination of the employment or business relationship established with EM&E, the data controller, as well as after the expiry of employment contracts, commercial contracts, etc., which bind the employees and/or professionals to the data controller and the suppliers providing goods or services to EM&E.

Data Security

EM&E has implemented in its work centres, premises, systems, communication infrastructures, etc., the security measures required by the Personal Data Protection regulations. Likewise, it has adopted the logical, physical, organizational, contractual, etc., measures that prevent the access of third parties to non-authorized data, its destruction, modification, reproduction, diffusion, transmission or reuse.

However, whenever you provide personal information on the network, there is a risk that third parties, whose control is beyond our reach, may intercept this information and use it. While EM&E strives to protect personal information and your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online, and you do so at your own risk.
